Ship It **
Send to SPLINT LIFE LLC, 9234 Kingston Pike #467, Knoxville TN 37922. If you need help getting a label, contact us, and let us know if you'd like it to be emailed so you can print it, or we can print one and send it snail mail. Drop into any blue United States Post Office bin or hand to any USPS employee. (International customers: we are unable to provide labels for international returns).
Track It †
Provide us with your return tracking number. If we've provided the label for you, just let us know when it's on the way. Once we see that it's in transit, we'll provide your store credit discount code. The credit amount will be for the price that was paid for the product that's being returned, less tax, original shipping (if applicable) and any damages to the product (this usually isn't an issue). If we've provided the label (US only), the cost of $3.45 will be deducted from the credit amount.
Spend It ††
Use your store credit discount code to shop for your new splint! Depending on different factors, your discount code will be valid on either this website or our Etsy storefront. We will let you know which when we provide the code. Store credit discount codes expire 30 days from the time of creation. Simply add the new splint(s) to your shopping cart and begin checkout, you'll then be prompted to enter your discount/promo code.
We are unable to provide refunds; however, you can cancel your order within one hour of purchase. Our Return Policy works through a product exchange and store credit method.
