We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations (custom orders are not eligible for return, sale items are only eligible for store credit, buyers pay return shipping costs, original shipping costs are not refundable, items not returned in original condition may incur a 20% materials/labor fee).

New Return Policy in effect for orders placed after August 1, 2021. Orders placed before August 1, 2021 revert to our previous return policy in which returns are given store credit and no monies are refunded.
